The app is an estimating tool

FIFO Calculator estimates Fly In Fly Out remuneration, roster days, allowances, super, and total package figures based on the values you enter. It is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. It is not employment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Pay, tax, super, and allowance treatment can vary by employer, award, agreement, location, and personal circumstances. Always confirm results with your employer, accountant, financial adviser, or another qualified professional before relying on them.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that results will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

App Store terms

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement and to the App Store Terms of Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
